My name is Erin Shock, I am a certified teacher, in both general and special education. I have been working in education for 18 years and in the school districts for 9 years.
Working with students teach, me so much about joy and show, me different ways we can communicate. I mainly teach students with special needs, but I also work with students Pre-k (3 year olds) through 3rd grade on their developmental level.
I had to leave teaching in the classroom, due to some medical reasons but I still have students that have my heart forever.
I can't wait to meet your child and, your more about your family.
Here is what I am offering for serivces:
virtual tutoring- 1 hour = $60
virtual tutoring- 30 min =$ 45
virtual tutoring - 1 hour x2 a week= $110
For families that need more intensive teaching, we will discuss pricing
I take payments in the form of Venmo, Paypal (I will give you my name once you sign up), if you don't have those then we discuss other options at that time.
Parents, a few reminders before starting each zoom session!
make sure that your child has gone to the restroom
has something to drink, has had something eat (depending on your zoom time)
has their computer, mouse and it is set( logged into zoom), ready and is charged
they have their notebook and writing utensils
Parents, if your child needs help with the computer or has limited language it may be a good idea to sit in on the first few sessions
